This Is War : Wizkid Responds To Davido With “Medicine”

                                     

Wizkid has dropped a new song “Medicine”, produced by Masterkraft.

The song is the follow up to his “Sounds From the Other Side” EP, which contains “Daddy Yo”, “Sweet Love” and “Come Closer” with Drake.

“New pon pon alert,” the 27-year-old singer wrote on Instagram.

Recall that in June, Davido took shots at Wizkid, claiming ‘Pon Pon’ is the only sound reigning.

“Nah pon pon sounds dey reign now oooo,” the “Fall” singer shared on Snapchat. “ No Jonze, all other sounds na the least for now.”

Meanwhile, Davido has returned to the US recorded music market with “Pere” featuring Young Thug and Rae Sremmurd. The song was released on July 28 under Sony Music Entertainment.We guess this is just a sign that “pon pon” sound is here to stay.
